Because our teas are a consumable food product, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused jars.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the process. Once we receive your unopened return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened jars cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
